Build My Forms (BMF) is a versatile web and mobile application designed for creating customized forms and facilitating data collection via mobile devices. Its web-based form builder enables users to incorporate various form controls, including text boxes, image uploaders, calendars, radio buttons, dropdown lists, barcode scanners, and digital signature fields. These forms can be conveniently shared with multiple users for data entry on mobile platforms.

The platform supports comprehensive data analysis capabilities, allowing users to visualize geo-tagged data on maps and conduct sophisticated location-based analyses. It offers the functionality to export data in KML format for viewing within Google Maps and Google Earth.
